Go to Layer>Layer Style>Blending Options

Click Drop Shadow: don't edit.
Click Inner Shadow.

Change the Opacity to 40.


Click Bevel and Emobss.

Change the Size to 0.


Click Stroke.

Choose Black for your Stroke Color, 1 pixel for its size and Outside.

Sorry man, that wont help nothing. You should get more experience in photoshop before you start writeing tutorials, also noone who would need to follow your tutorial would know what they where doing due to a lack of pictures and examples. Its nice and all that you want to share what you know but you need to get more advanced first.

just curious, the sigs in the tut are good... not so sure about ur current sig, did u make the other 1's?

Yes. My current sig is just an advertising sig I did in like two seconds.

Sorry man, that reply won't help anything. You should get more experience in English and grammar before you start writing replies. Also, the reply box has a built in spell check? Its nice that you tried and want to share but you might want to work on your grammar.
