its ok little slow loading have th enav have rollover and the header bars dont look good with that color.

It's alright. The images could do with a rollover.
Also, it's a little bland looking with all that greyish blue.

you need to optimize your banner and use backgrounds that repeat to fill the nav. the website needs padding and color to the content

Some padding in the content areas would be nice 
But other than that looks ok. Also maybe change the text to white.
