I'm new at designing templates in photoshop but i just wanted to see if this is a good try at least.

its just the beginning...i just started...i have to make many changes but i just wanted to see how it is.

I really do not know what to put in the top right corner. It looks ugly :)

Its ok, I can see you are kinda begginer, with the bevel and emboss. lol

Needs more color. Its to mono toned. In other words, dont just use the basic gray scale. Open up your mind with different colors, and you will improve.

Also I'd change the colors, but really good job if it's one of your first templates :)

Thanks a lot for the help...i actually made different headers and templates and they look pretty good, well that's what i think...i'll post more to show you.

For a first site, it's good. In general (as in compared to the rest of the web) it's not.

It's too green, and the vertical images aren't padding equally.

Also, it doesn't look that well made.

There are websites that make people go "oooo" when they see them for the first time. Yours looks like it's trying to be one of those, but it isn't. I think you've tried to hard, and it's having the adverse affect.
