Viable symbol?

Well I've been wrestling over a symbol for quite some time, messing around with angel wings variants and such, but something has been missing. So I figured, butterfly! They have wings and stuff, so I tried to do a nice vector symbol. Please tell me if you think this could be a viable symbol (IE after it's colored, could it be a nice symbol?). I've tried every stance possible for a butterfly, and figured that as a simple shape, what I've come up with is good.

I would try some more realism on the butterfly, the wings, look fine, (probably even better after colorizing)

I actually really like it. It's a really simple image but effective as well. Maybe you could try adding really slight gradients to your butterfly's body. Really nice work!
