Accused cop killer was shot 68 times out of 110 rounds from the SWAT team in florida, the area had school lockdowns and told residents to stay inside while they searched for him with over 500 cops/swat units. :D

Yep, 100% deserved it. I would have just emptyed everyclip of ammo I had on him. The way I see it, you kill: you deserve to be killed.

I know, but what if you killed a person on purpose, but he/she wasn't the right person to kill, should you be killed for killing the person who killed the person who killed the person? Or should you kill the person that killed the guy that wasn't supposed to be killed?

Dang... He should of been shot, but he might've been wrongly accused and shot for not killing anyone, but got killed for killing himself by being wrongly accused in a way. He might of shot those peoples because those peoples killed his family and he wants to kill them back for killing the people that were killed for no reason. Or *MAYBE* he killed.... Nvm... I won't go on :)

Exactly, no price to pay to save someone... he deserved it... ok maybe not 68 bullets but still, at least his death shall be an example to others

Killing someoneis bad enough.. but 68 Bullets? Was there any need? "Hey, we're here now may aswell get rid of this ammo, open fire!"

Now what I would have done, was captured him, and took him out back of the police station and had the firing squad (Or SWAT in US) blindfold him and open fire on him. At least that way it's done properly and not in the street lol..

Anyway, glad he got what was comign to him :D

What does it matter how many bullets they used? The point is, he died. Police don't have enough authority in situations like that, and my only response to what happened is, "Hell yeah, I woulda done it."

Thank you! Me and someone at school were talking about this, i thought it was pretty damn sad how they did this, even if he did kill a cop. Typical American cops i say. I can understand why but it's going too far.

As for "if we had more bullets we would have shot him more" the person who said that should have been sacked.

There is NO law saying if you kill a cop you get to be turned int a damn human cheese grater by his mates. He should have been brought in if possible and put to stand trial.

he had a gun in his hand? So what....these guys should be experienced enough to react quickly and shoot him in a disabling spot. Not shoot to kill.

Okay, Being a SWAT officer myself you just shoot. Think about it, this guy is hidden under a log and has a gone. You know he is can kill you because he has done it to another cop. SWAT does not shoot in a spot to disable them (depending on the situtation). Everytime I've been called out to do a job I shoot to hit the person. I don't care where it hit him. Say the guy has a hostage and you have a clear shot to his head. Are you going to shoot him in the head knowing there's a good chance it'll kill him or wait to get a disabling shot? These cops shot because they were scared. There had been cops that died because of this man. You just shot and hope that he won't shoot back. No, there is no law that says you should be turned into a swiss cheese but there is a law that if your in danger you can attack back. That's what these cops did and I won't regret what they did for a second.

I'm with the same opinion Matthew., I don't think I have ever heard of anything like this before it's an embarrassment to that Swat/Police Team whatever they are, some of those guys need to be taken out and be retrained they're not playing video shooting games and that's what it reads like. Whether the guy killed a cop and dog or not no one deserves to be shot like that.

Pathetic comment really it is like it came from a school yard.
