i am using a wordpress template right now which i really dont like to do since i didnt make the design so i set out to make a nice web template and i think i got it, the content tables will be in sometime tomorrow with content to follow, i hope to have this as my primary layout by the end of the week

looks ok, header needs more "design" adding to it. You should also work on positioning a bit more.
for the roll overs, it might have been nicer to make the font go green rather than the black background. Or try both since the theme is darkis greys/black and green.
other than that its ok so far.
