This Error message comes-up on my dads account on the computer when he's the first person to log-on. He can access the Internet pretty much fine, but-

An error message keeps coming-up every time he clicks a link, he has to wait for the computer to 'dial-up' to our ISP, and then click cancel, before the page actually loads. I think its the Firefox dialing-box, and it says that the error number is 678. He's annoyed with it, and to be honest, he has good reason to be.

We're using Microsoft Windows Media Centr Edition, and the Router we use is the BT Voyager 205 ADSL Router. We use it for Internet on the computer and to be able to use Xbox Live on my 360. And yes, we do use Broadband, so why its dialing-up in the first place is beyond me.

If anyone could help, it would be great.
