I'm having a 'problem' with IE 6. It is automatically scaling up web content. I personally use Firefox, does not scale, but I do not want those who are using IE to see my websites like this.
I am using 1920x1200 resolution on a laptop, so I'm assuming IE 'thinks' the content would be too small for me to read. It is a bit small... but when it scales the content it makes all of the image content pixelated. In short it looks terrible. Suprisingly and unfortunatly I can't find much on the topic.
Anyone know how to prevent IE from doing this with code? I do not want my websites scaling up.
If not with code at least what is the setting in the browser so that I don't have to cringe when my designs are mutilated in IE.
Much appreciated,
PHD

I know with IE there's an option under Tools > Internet Options (advanced tab) called "Enable Automatic Image Resizing". But that's to make larger sizes smaller. I haven't heard of an issue where IE makes the images larger? Can you show a screen shot of what you're seeing? Maybe provide the CSS/HTML being used as well?
