I have 300 beautiful animated smilies, various sizes that I wish to resize all to one fixed size. Is there any software that I can use to do this in bulk, instead of one at a time?

Photoshop
1. Create an Action by pressing the Record Button on the actions tab and doing once a resize and a save
2. File -> Automate -> Batch
IrfanView
File -> Batch (everything else is stated in the dialog boxes)
