G'day All,

Yes thats right I'm angry. But I just want to get the problem fixed. Ok so I brought an Ipod Nano about 3 weeks and ever since I have nothing but trouble. Worked fine the first time I put music on it now I get the following error:

iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPod "Jordan IP" Go to the summary tab in ipod preferences and click Restore to restore this ipod to factory settings. So I do this, then I get the following:

Almost instantly this msg pops up:

The was a problem downloading the iPod Software for the ipod. The requested resource was not found.

So what I did was make sure the Ipod was connected properly into the computer etc. Downloaded the lastest iTunes and looked at the support pages a the apple website. But I have found no solution to this. Now from what I have been told apple is supposed to be the best for support, but it shit if you ask me. I spent $350.00 on getting the black ipod nano as well a tubes and this is an absoulute discrace from apple. If anyone has had the same issues please let me know if you got the problem fixed.

I have 12month warrenty but I think it's somthing to do with what I have done, so if anyone has a solution I would greatly appreciate your reply, so I can use my ipod as I did for 1 week.

Thanks

Try to download the ipod updater manualy, and update your ipod software.
And if nothing works, go back with it...
