I have messed around with PS a bit in school but I really want to learn to make ads, websites and art with PS. What apps do you recommend I download?

All I have right now is Photoshop CS2 and regular system fonts

I'm using OSX

Thanks

Photoshop can do what you're looking for. Some vector design programs are Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw. Animation can be done with Flash. Web coding can be done with Dreamweaver.

How do I manage all these fonts? (I just downloaded about 2,000)

Why on earth would you need 2000 fonts??

Besides they wont load anyway.

If you really wanna have a expansive font managing program, you can get one from adobe i believe (among others), but it takes longer to manage those, then just to load the ones you need at that time.

Load a few in your folder, then open Word, and the font menu is WYSIWYG, so there you can test them out.

Mist of the time you will need to use a normal font and alter this one.
