Would it just be a simple fading transition or would it be more complex?

You arent giving us any clues on to how or why you need this.
1. What exactly is it going to be used for?
Is it a transition between two scenes? Have you made some sort of picture gallery and would like transitions between images?
2. What type of transition is it?
How exactly do you want the transition? How do you need it animated? "Complex" doesnt give us any clues.
3. Animation or Actionscript?
This is basically covering the last two questions, but is it between two animations, or are you loading pictures or clips and would like some sort of transition between them?

i have a pics gallery and i want transitions work dynamicly (for ex: a transition between 2 pics can be change by another one dynamicly.
im trynig my best to explain, cause english is not my home language
