Let's get to the point then...
I have an image right here
And you see very much white letters on a black background...
And now is the question, how can I delete the black background the most easiliest and effective ? In a way that I've got only the white letters on a transparrant background.
Thanks in advance,

Most effective way: you dont delete it.
You paste the full layer on top of another layer and change the layer mode ("lighten" should work since all black wont show then and since the rest is white, it will show up on any layer underneath since white is the lightest color around
)
You wont have a transparant BG, but depending on why you need it, i think this trick will work.

well.. if you want a white t-shirt make the bg white
i'm pretty sure you can use the magic wand tool also to clear the black, and then erase parts that didn't get deleted.

Using the magic wand tool for that image won't be very effective but should do okay. You would get something like this if you use the magic wand tool. This should take the least amount of time but as you can see, its not perfect. If you want it to look good you can still use the magic wand tool but instead of deleting the black right after the magic wand tool selects the black, hold alt and use a selection tool and select the text so that it doesn't erase the black that's with the text. Then you would zoom in and erase the black yourself. Add a blending option with a color overlay so you can see the final image. The bad thing about this way is that it will take A LOT of time; however, the final image should look perfect or at least close to perfect.

As the background is black there is a flawless easy way of doing this. First of as the image is in grayscale, go to adjustments and convert it to an RGB. then go to the chanels tab and select the blue chanel, as the background is black it doesnt cointain any colour and the white contains it all when it comes to the textures on top of the text. Then just make a new layer and fill the selection with white. Delete the background image and whips, you are done.

You could just use the magic tool on the black background...and then zoom in on all the black inside the letter and change it to any color you want...it could take some time...but it gives a good result.
