Creating a Plastic Wrap Text

Create a new document. The size doesn't matter because you can drag the text to some other image and change it. Select the Text tool. Then type in anything you want and for now choose the same font and size i chose. You can change it at the end.

Now right click on the Text Layer and select Blending Options. Now insert the same changes as in the pictures below.

Now you can change the colour of the shadow mode to any colour you want it to be. I chose a green.

And here is the final. You can play around with it more such as lowering the shadow and with the emboss.
