I also like goin out doors, playing hockey, football, basketball, and going paintballin'.

Looks good, I really don't care for the color you have as the background. I recommend trying a different color, even a different shade.

i was just trying to fill the header with something. i'll consider putting in a different colour for the background any ideas though?

Try making the background a blue instead of gray.

Make the Main Navigation area.....smaller....the left side....
I think it would look a lot better...
as for design...i love it....only the logo...should be ....dunno....something added to it
