i tried flashkit, but theyre just too laggy. =[[

Most sites that I know of require you to buy them, but heres a really good site you can get them for free:

Unless your sound effects need something like explosions or guns (or anything else unreasonable) - i'd just record them myself!
Just get a WAV recorder (Usually built into iRivers or other MP3's, but if you can find another one that's great.) and get your sound! You won't have to worry about any copyright crap in the future and you will get just the sound you want

Perhaps read this part more carefully- i said Unless your sound effects need something like that i would make them myself - meaning that excluding any of the above listed.
