making a tourlist for my band, using a form

I would like to put out our tourlist, containing DATE - DAY - PLACE.

Is there any way I could make some kind of a form, and an access code so that I'm able to just update this on the internet.

And can I make the DATE of our gigs to be automatic listed in the right order, todays gig on top, and the gig in december 2007 at the end?

I've gained 10 years of age by trying to build this site, so every help is really appreciated ;-)
