Is there any way in photoshop to make text go round in a circle shape, ie around a logo?

You could bring the image into Illustrator and use the Type on a Path tool. I guess in Photoshop you could play around with the Warp Text and choose something like Arc.

There is no type on path in photoshop,
so
yes, you should do it in Illustrator if you have that, or Coral, or freehand... . (vectorbased drawing programs)

you could take the pen tool, and the text will follow the line. Sometimes it will come out looking pixelated though.
