here we go...
1. Go to Filter >> Render >> Clouds untill you get something you like, Im going to use this:
2.Now make a new layer and name it Brushing. This layer is going to be brushing, if you couldnt guess. If you dont have any go to http://browse.devian...der=17&limit=24
and look for abstract or grunge brushes.
-Once you download a brush pack save it to Program Files >> Adobe >> Adobe Photoshop CS >> Presets >> Brushes.
Then in Photoshop go to the brushes menu like this:
3.Once you load your brushes, select one or two and brush around a little bit till you are happy with it, shoud look something like this:
4.Go to File >> New, make this 3x3 and zoom in to 1600%
and do something like this:
5. Edit >> Define Pattern.
6. Back to the sig, make a new layer and name it scan lines. Click the paint bucket tool and set the fill to pattern. Select the pattern you just made and fill that layer.
set layer opacity to %10. Like so:
7.Now for the font. Get it here: http://www.dafont.co...=dirty headline
8.Make a new layer for the text, type whatever you like. make sure that it is plain white.
9. Now go to Layer >> Layer Style >> Blending options. Set it like this:
Whew...
10. This is the border. make new layer. Ctrl + A. Go to Edit >> Stroke. set to 5 px black.
11. Edit >> Stroke. set 4px white
12 " set to 1 px black
13. Set like this:
14. Your done GOOD JOB!
