I was wondering if anyone knew how to make your webcam show up on a website and like load itself up with a new image every 10 seconds. If you know what I mean, can you make a tutorial or something. thankes a lot.

This probably is better suited here, but....
Depending on what you want, you may not need PHP. There are some webcam applications that will upload via FTP automatically for you every so often and you can just use a meta refresh to load the newest image or there are several java applications to do this as well.
