Example of one of the albums.

I think that it varies between people what they like to listen to when working out, but floorfillers usually do it for me

Rap is worthless... maybe that techno rap junk for the cardio stuff is ok (That seems to be what they keep playing) but it doesn't get the job when deadlifting 350lbs

Sorry for the late correction, but it's 'endorphins'. Don't mean to be pedantic, I just don't wanna see half of P2Ls younger community fail their GCSE biology
As for tuneage, I like to go for something that matches the speed of my workout and gets the adrenaline pumping aswell - The Prodigy usually satiates my musical lusts.

well, have you heard of kos? its hip-hop. go to myspace.com/kos and listen to like 3 of their songs they have there. if you like it, buy the album / download w/e.
do you like techno style typed music? try scooter. dont forget rammstein, hard metal rockish, so that will get you pumped up as well.
try getting roni size, or pendulum, thats mostly umm "industrial" or was it drum and bass. not sure, i think its drum and bass.
and lets see, do you like red hot chili peppers? they are good too. i love "tell me baby"
and umm, the new weird al album, lynwood, thats really funny, and cool, try listening to that.
maroon 5 isnt that bad either. oh btw, daft punks latest album is okay as well, so you might like that.
i know i just rambled some random artists at you, but those are just 5% of what i have on my mp3 player. if you want more, just ask.

I've been doing deadlifts since I was 16... there's nothing wrong with it if you keep perfect form and use a weight that doesn't make you break form. It's one of the critical 4 compound exercises for anyone looking to put on poundage and power. You can also wear a belt like I do for stability.
We can talk about weight lifting if you like
