I wonder if anyone has better techniques on how to convert images into Infrared via PS2 without using IR filter for the camera. Below is one of mine, but I don't seem to get the same effect as the real IR filter.

Changed image to an url because it's breaking the forum tables.

I wish I could help you out here more. I personally find it easier to make my camera do all the work. It's a lot faster to add the filter to the lens instead of changing it in PS.

Regards,

Jason :worthy:

I have been playing the flute for 6 years now and I love it, and I am playing the pipe organ as well. I also like to teach other people the in and outs of software such as the CS3 suite from Adobe.

To archive the real effect of an IR Filter is impossible to recreate since it needs the IR light. Nevertheless effects can be nice as well. I prefer to let the camera do the work as well as Jason.

I don't have an IR filter though, but I've seen results produced with one. Just so wonderful! My vote is for the filter!
