Well, after what my friend has just shown me.. I have no doubt in my mind, I am not getting the Wii!

I already knew the graphics were the same as gamecube basically.
And that is why I keep saying, graphics aren't everything.
But you guys still think they are

Plus they will be better on the TV, cause still images never do justice.
Though Nintendo even said they wont improve the graphics from gamecube much, they are going for fun games that get you involved not too much graphics this time...they said it at E3 2006
And yet the Wii was still the console with lines going outside the building and 10x longer then the other consoles...FOR THE WHOLE E3, every day!

So obviously it is better, if the PS3 area and xbox360 area were not as crowded. My friend said he had to wait to play the Wii for like 4 hours at E3 while Ps3 and 360 he only had to wait like 10 minutes in a line XDD

It's not true, the lighting is better on the real thing somewhat. o_O I swear game screenshots should just be rendered in the engine and put online so people can actually see the real graphics

The graphics are good enough to enjoy the game, i thought they would be diabolical....
heh, still getting 1 whatever for the new smash brothers!... gonna beat my brother on it as he has started being able to beat me on the current 1

Besides the graphics are supposed to be "Cartoony"...atleast thats how I always referenced nintendo as

I liked the zelda games on gamecube that were like....Vectored? lol. Was fun

Well I cant say this is unexpected, Nintendo has said that the Wii wouldnt have next gen graphics didnt they? Their main focus is the new gameplay with the Wii Remote.

That game is Cel-Shaded, and it doesn't look bad for a cel-shaded game. Probably looks pretty cool when the cartoonish reflections are all slidin around on the car

i was going to say it was cel-shaded, then i had a look at the videos for it on gamespot, it doesnt looks cel-shaded on them

Funny to see how much you judge a console directly on a game... I agree, this game's GFX are crap, but that doesn't make the Wii worst, the only think that deserve the word "worst" is the game itself... not Wii's problem if Ubisoft is not able to design a good game

played gt4 and project gotham the reason why its crappy is cos you cant drift around bends or corners like nfs

Agreed, as for the graphics.. I dont think people should judge a console directly on graphics... The Wii is gonna be awesome, and I can't wait to get mine.

You can drift around corners in gt4, just takes something called skill lol. As for the Wii, i think itll be good. super mario galaxy looks awesome
