Hey all, I have problems saving artwork in illustrator. I use CS2. Before I used 8.0, so a big difference.
The problem is when i save as a .psd or a .jpg or something it only gets a part of the image. Before I didn't have this problem, no matter how big the image was it automaticly used the proper size. Do i have to ajust settings or something..?
Thanks for the help...

illustrator only saves as psd or jpeg what is inside the artboard.. a workaround would be to create an invisible border around your drawing.

That should fix the problem..

PS: I'm not sure if there is a setting for that. Don't work a lot with illu

I already tried to expand the artboard. It didn't work. also the saveable area is smaller then the standard a4 artboard.. There must be someone out there that tackled this prob. :)

Did you set a crop area? Did you slice the image but only got part of it?
