this is prob a really big noob question for maya but my finger slipped and now all the hot bars are hidden ive been looking for hours to get them back but i think i just made things worse :S is there a way to get the hot bars back to default??

well i kind of lost the animation menu aswell(i only hav the top menu ctrl+m) and the white 1 below it.... i need all those quick menus /the animation key frames at the bottem
