Okay, please rate this sig. It's my 2nd attempt at making a sig ever. I hope you like it

its good for a beginning sig, i dont care much for the background colors, they dont match sonics face at all
your blending is very nice
the text doesnt quite fit, maybe you should change it from white to the same offwhite in his eyes

Try making about 5 layers of grunge brushing using different brushes don't use same brush twice on any layer, start with one layer brushed in black then one brushed in white do this till all 5 are done then make a new layer go to filter\render\ render clouds,and put this layer at the bottom of them all then click on the top layer then go layer\ new layer and use you render,on the 5 layers I used black and white as an example use 2 colours from your render 1dark ,1light .good luck try a few tutorials you'll soon get used to it.if you have no grunge brushes, go to resources on this forum for some.
