G'day All,

I'm currently looking to purchase a CSS textbook, so I can really get into that side of web design. I would like some opinions as too which one I should purchase. Maybe you have one, that you believe is really good and actually taught you something. I would like to make the purchase tonight as I'm really wanting to get something started.

Look forward to hearing back from you guys :P.

Cheers
Jordan [ Trix ] :D

I dont actually think any CSS book is worth getting, in my personal experience CSS is just a matter of a day or two of tutorials and your good, after that it's just learning small tricks you may need but IMO a book on CSS isn't really worth it...

Yeah, I know most things in CSS. But the main trouble I have is alignment when doing full layouts using CSS and divs. SO I thought that maybe someone knew of a book that may help with completely tabless layouts etc. Anyway thanks for the reply l3lueMage. :P

Just try searching around in the categories in the CSS tutorials (http://www.pixel2lif...ss_stylesheets/). I think that a book may not be worth it because there is so much free help on the internet, but you could try looking on amazon (http://amazon.com/).

if u are using xhtml not sure if it just applies to strict, u can not use the align element, u have to create a class/id in css for the div

but as above, i would not by a book about css...
