Well they first of all im not english so please try to understand what im trying to tell you guys.
I got i big solution with some of my arts when i make a page like 1024x768 into photoshop and slice it
open it into dreamweaver it wont touch the ground like it will not scretch himself out over the hole page

so my problem is with all my layouts i make in photoshop,
i want it to scretch out into dreamweaver so it will get fullscreen i dont want to make a background color into dreamweaver
i want to scretch my layout and it's not part of the plan that it will break apart

so please understand i dont want to get my layout fall apart into dreamweaver i want it to get fullscreen
and not break when i scretch the layout here is a example of what iam trying to say here :

it's like stuck into the browser from up to down it's stuck in on the floor you could say,
i want the same like that i want my layouts to lock on the both sides from up to down

this things pisses me off i want it to scretch i dont want white or blank spots into it

You could just set the body BG to the same color as that image. If not than set the width to 100%.
