I am unsure if I missed something, but I do not see the appeal to this site.
1. First thing I noticed was the insane paragraph copyright notice, that so tacky! Link it to another page in your iFrame atleast with a ©2006 JSM. Then scare everyone away from that page.
2. You have limited yourself to an EXTREMELY small space, I see absolutely no purpose or reason for it.
3. Your words contradict eachother; 'Contact Us', but who is "Us" when you say "Me" throughout the entire site? You should fix Contact Us to Contact Me. Or decide, is this a freelance site or a business, or even a group of freelancers.
My honest feedback is that you have a website with services that don't look like they will deliver based on the site I'm looking at.

Understood all of the above, I know this sounds really bad but I rushed the site abit just so I could have it uploaded, then I was going to work on it step by step, I also forgot to change the buttons to "contact" instead of "contact us". I have been working hard on a new layout and yes my pricing is messed up, purely for the fact that I wasn't thinkng logically (which is the norm for me:P). Also I have restricted my space beacuse I personally don't like to scroll lots on websites and I have just built it to how I like it, although there is not alot of content on my site. Below is a new layout, hope you approve of this one.

There is definately more room for improvements on the image you posted above. The font does not fit and your still not taking advantage of the space available!

What improvements would you suggest, I want the site to look crisp and clean and not to crowded.
