It's a resolution problem.
Open your PS, open a new document and set the resolution to 72 pixels/inch, it should work.

Yeah, I figured out something like that, but see I play Sims 2 and I'm making some clothes, and I want to have a text logo, how can I change the resolution problem witohut changing quality?

you don't change the quality with the resolution setting:
the quality is set in pixel x pixel,
so f.ex you can have a very nice texture (2048 x 2048 should do it, even for close-ups) and still have a resolution of 72dpi. Any other resolution is crazy bdw if it is for screen.

Actually its for materials, and its 7 pixels/inch as default when you open the files, and if i change it to larger my PS crashes.. I might get it when Ps says "can't take files bigger than 30 000 pixels bal bla bla) then i made it to 29 436 and it still crashes... (I got like old Ps, cause don't feel like spending money on a new one..)

When you change the setting from 7 ppi to 72 ppi (image > image size), make sure "resample image" option at the bottom is NOT thicked, cos otherwise you DO make your file bigger, and that's not necessary like i said.
you'll see: Pixel x Pxel at the top part will stay the same.
