Very err.. Childish?
Not really the word, but you cant really see your face, very dark, hard to read font, all in all a pretty bad look..
Try ligheting it up, light blues, greens reds, something a little bright but not too blinding.

the design/layout isn't what I don't like on it..
more the font you used.. it's not really easy to read..

the text doesnt quite fit, but i like the background, the rays of light type of things look good and the bubble things are also good looking w/ those reflections on them
