I'd like some input on this. It's really my first try at making something with this kind if style, and I'm not sure what to do to improve.

its simple , the outline of the tank looks jagged

I myself quite like this, maybe try and smoothe out the tank stroke.. maybe you only need around 3px stroke..

but thats not a huge dissapointment, looks pretty good to me though, good stuff :closedeyes:
