it looks pretty good, i like that it isnt jammed full of poor quality images like most sites of this type
the headers and content boxes look good with the little lower opacity lines on the side before they hit white
1 think, on the nav the little separation lines cover the entire width of the nav box, but in calendar the line breaks before it hits the transparent part, thats my only criticism

Looks like a nice layout for an organized company/organization. i really like it as it's nice to the eye and easy to navigate! 10/10!
