The thing is im trying to get this effect in after effects or adobe premiere and i cant find any tutorials for it.
If anyone can help me with a tutorial to make a max payne effect in video editing software such as after effects or premiere I would be very grateful.

What i think he means is converting the moving picture to black and white (and i don't mean greyscale, but really black and white, like in a comic book).
Something to do with posterization etc...

Funkysoul stuff...
