Ok so i was messing around putting domains into godaddy this afternoon and i came across this so i figured i'd register it.

The initial idea was to sell it however that has changed slightly so i have put a page up to show what the domain could be used for!

http://ieblows.com

http://digg.com/software/IEBlows (digg please)

Check it out, see what you think :)

I may be putting the domain and content up for sale later on. Any potential buyer can set up adsense to be linked to the firefox logo and get payed for referrals so it can be quite a little earner if worked upon ;)

I know this is more of a turnkey website but i like to get feedback on all of my sites, so anything on design or content is welcomed!

Website updated!

Adsense added (*cough* those who don't have firefox *cough*) and some text added at the bottom!

I am going to tart it up a little later make it more eye pleasing and easier to read but it's a start :P

btw: firefox image and the link under it point to different pages as you cannot customize the adsense image however i think it worked out OK?

It's ok but Internet Explorer doesn't 'blow', it's just a personal opinion even though i am a firefox user.

haha... you made a domain name just for that? I find that hilarious looool.

great use of CSS its clean and quick. I just dont fully see WHY you got a domain to put this one page up LOL.
By the way to make it 100% xhtml valid remove the <br />'s between the <li>'s, there are 3 of them. You are close
to a perfectly valid site haha.

Id recommend this for firefox: http://users.skynet....gueury/mozilla/ its priceless for xhtml coding :P

Well I dont like IE either, i only use it for cross browser error checking, since IE6 has mad css bugs, even the png transparency bug.

Quite true, i am a silent fan of IE personally. This site does not reflect my personal opinion.

Yeah i can code xhtml valid/cross platform without trying now to be honest.I knew it was valid before i put the line breaks in, they are only there as i did that list at about 9am this morning and honest to god i didn't have the energy to open up the CSS file. Give me 5 minutes i will fix it. (although validity as always is not a priority with me).

I actually like IE as i said before, the point of registering this domain and putting the site up is to make money. I can get a small revenue off the adverts until i sell it (and I've already had a couple of good offers).

p.s I used to use that extension, then i realized how pointless it was :)

edit: Just for you, the site is now valid :D

I really think you should add more color to it to separate content from the ads and the content itself.
Good use of typogrphy all in CSS, very good.

you should add an option to download Flock. It's based off Firefox, but less resource intensive, and I Think the interface is better.

Does google adsense still have that thing for when you put a button on your site that says "get firefox" and somebody downloads + installs from that link, you get $1? That would be an awesome thing to put on your site

Interesting site....but I'm still sticking to IE 7. If you're seriously concerned about security - just get a good firewall (i.e. ZoneAlarm) and anti-virus (Avast! Anti-Virus)

PLUS, many websites do not display correctly in Firefox or Opera because our world operates on a set of standards of compliance for Internet Explorer.

Cute site, though.
