Hi All,

Recentlt bought C4d R9 and still getting to grips with a couple of elememtns.

I have had a commision to create a couple of dice being rolled on a craps vegas style table for a flash site. I am fine with the dice, table, animation and all but I am stuck on creating the printed text on the green felt. I have tried importing an eps of the graphics and extruding it and laying on the table but it looks crap. Can anybody shine some light on it for me. Maybe I am missing something in materials.

Would be much appreciated.

Cheers

I myself have never played craps, So I am unsure what the text should look like. If you could be a little more specific, I may be able to help you out. A picture reference would be great.

If its just normal printed text, you do not really need an EPS file. C4D has a built in text feature that you could use B)

Let me know what it needs to look like, and be specific. Ill see what I can do to help ^_^

Hey, I got your PM but I thought I would reply here to help others that may have this problem. When your applying materials, dont apply them to floor objects. Floors expand infinitely in all directions which means when you apply a material to them, they to will expand by default. You would be better off to use an object such as a plain at the same size as the file (proportion wise :))
