Ok i have image for my site that transparent parts to them. When i try to save them as a .gif they get theses white strokes around the the image so it will ruin the transparency effect. So i saved them sad PNG. Ok no problem viewing it in Firefox. but in Internet explorer there is no transparency just white where its supposed to be transparent. I know IE doesnt support PNG transparent images. so how can i get around this lil obstacle?

Thanks

I've seen a code fix for this around. I'll do a search and see if I find it

IE7 supports transparency, however previous versions don't as you say. You can mess about with tweaking png settings in other applications to get it to just work but like Erik said there is a javascript fix here:
