How do I substract on vector masks again? Even if I set the marquee tool on substract it doesnt substract the vector mask? If I press "enter" or "delete" it just deletes the whole vector layer??

Not sure what you mean here:
1. sepearting mask from object
2. only selecting mask and edit
3. "substract 2 selections one from the other
sry i don't understand, but i am not exacly famous for my Knowledge in English. (nothing else neither for that matter
)
