Does anyone know how to get this mottled type of effect?

Bit hard to see but it's not just three solid color blocks, it has an effect on it :closedeyes:

My first guess is that however made this, put a Pattern Overlay (Blending Options) over, perhaps with a blend mode of Screen or Overlay. That would render an effect like that.

Edit: Tried using that way and it worked for me.
