ummm... well the first sig was done from a bryce 5 render and a few brushes.

i would say create a brushed background and adjust the HUE/Sats to a desired colour.

make a new layer and apply the render, and in the same way chose a contrasting colour.

cloud brushs over the top and again using the same method change to a contrasting colour.

(OPTIONAL) use the colour balance option to edit the colours to a better detail.

(Stars) a new layer with star brushes, apply a outer glow with 65 optacity and a colour of pure white)

(Shine)this is the tut i used for the shine, i think its one of the best Shine TUT
