I drag a guide from the ruler to my canvas. And when I zoom in close, I see that it is not on a pixel boundary. It is at coordinates like 38.7px or something. That makes slicing and cropping in-precise. How do I get guides to snap to pixel boundaries? I already have snapping checkmarked.

Whats the resolution of the image you are working on? Nvm iv never had to deal with the issue seriously, but i poked around and the best way i found where to set up a 4pixel-4subdivision grin in the preferences, turn the grid on and turn on snap to grid. Dont know if there is a better way, if the grid bothers you to much you can set it to "dots" mode
