Okay, so here is my latest project (its for a client of mine, not my personal site):

It is currently being hosted on my website, obviously because I'm still adding the finishing touches. The actual site will be hosted on www.imgplace.com. Let me know what you think?

Are the terms of use a pre-written piece of text? It's the exact same words used on other well known free image sites.

Sample text :) As I said in my above post, finishing touches are being worked out. I am sure that my client will write his own terms.

In my opinion you could have made better use of the space in the website
put the upload form to the left and place the specifications in the other side.
you will have a more compact website and more cool in my opinion
