I know my background wallpaper is on though, cause when i restart my computer the blue background (default) then changes to the background wallpaper i had before.

as of lately, i cant see my background wallpaper. Only the color assigned to it. But when i do to display>properties>Desktop the only thing i can change is the color. The background when i click on it does nothing.
I know my background wallpaper is on though, cause when i restart my computer the blue background (default) then changes to the background wallpaper i had before.

nevermind i fixed it. Turned out to be spyware: SpySherrif.
