Pay your taxes, if you start hiding your going to get a huge fine when they catch up with you.

You never mentioned your age and in some places you do have to pay taxes, 9 year olds get taxed so go and see a Tax Agent or speak with your parents on this.

So yes you can be taxed.

Well I've been told by friends that there is no Tax on Web E-commerce... but my father says there is on any type of business. but I belive there is a certain profit you must obtain to be considered a small business and have to have a license, but I am not 100% sure on that...

If you're 16, you probably have 16 year old friends, in which case, i wouldn't trust them. They are probably talking about sales tax anyway, and they would typically be right about that. I've bought quite a few things online and have never paid sales tax.

For more information on all kinds of web hosting (including starting a reseller business), i would recommend webhostingtalk. Just be careful, they don't take kindly to questions like this (use the forum search to start). They also have very strict rules (from what i've experienced).

p.s. Don't think i'm some old guy talking bad about kids, i'm 18 and putting my 2 cents in.

What i would do is just start off small without too much hassle, then once, if at all, you get bigger, contact somebody who knows what he's talking about, get your company to be officially registered and.. pay your taxes.

In the United States at least, age holds no bar on taxes. It is all about how much income you make.
