Hmmm... it seems you haven't placed the main image in the dead centre... seems like it's above on it's Y-Axis just a little. Also, concerning the border - it's probably not the best match for a sig like that. I think it's the purple outline that's there. The scanlines suite is well, but maybe find a different colour than purple for the outline?
