Well I never really noticed it with a CRT monitor and until about 6 months after I got an LCD screen I started noticing my graphics were to sharp.. smoothness to anything anymore it's just all pixely..

I've changed resolution, it removes the pixies but makes it look worse than before, If anyone has any ideas on what I could do to fix this then please reply. If you need screen shots of it then I'd be glad to get some.

Update graphicscard drivers and try to enable antialiasing in your graphics utility if you have any.
