3.5 was supposed to be more of a GUI tweak, but it ended up almost being a complete recode. Anyway I like the results and it works in all browsers (from what I can tell from browsershots.org).
What do you all think?

The only thing i dont like is the top banner, i dont know, maybe the colors, looks akward to me... and the content display, is ok, but i think it could be less plain, like adding some kind of separators, or maybe set it up in columns, something like that.
I like the silver menu, and the rollover effect a lot. The semi-round corners are also a nice detail. Keep it up, GJ.

Well I dont think that the background image compliments the centered layout at all. I mean its about 100px in height, and doesnt fit with anything...
I agree with the others too, I feel the header text is poor and hard to read. I do however love the navigation part.
My favourite is the Lunch Money. lol. You would have got a free click off me anyway.
I think to improve this design, you should remake the header, and change the background image. That would be a good start.
