I want to learn how to create those animating avatars in peoples signatures. Some examples:



Any program you know how to do this with would be great. Photoshop, or whatever else.

Any help is really appreciated.

The older versions of flash can make animated gifs (Not sure about current versions)

Also Imageready is great for animation.

Jasc have a selection of paintshops and animation software (At a small price)
