Is there a program or something that i can enter my codes in and will display places for someone to edit a website without knowing html or any coding at all?

Try explaining a bit better.
From what I understand you want a website builder. These are available all over the place but are never as good as coding the html yourself with a bit of help from Dreamweaver.

Contribute is something that can be used for this. You define the areas where someone is allowed to edit, and everything else stays put and is locked. The person would also have to have Contribute in order to do this though.
