What are the contests based off of. Does TSOTW mean the site has to have quite a few tutorials in the P2L index? Sorry if I have just went passed something here but I did check the FAQ's and I didn't see anything.

The main page features are either selected by me (I pick tutorials that were recently submitted that I thought were cool or sites that consistently submit awesome tutorials) or you can purchase a weekly feature for $100.
